After the award ceremony, Wei Yunfan said that the debate competition is a test of teamwork, mental agility, data preparation and many other aspects of the competition。After participating in the debate competition, I felt that I benefited a lot. I not only improved my debating skills, but also learned a lot about national current affairs and policies through preparing the topics。Zhong Ziqiu believes that debate is a collision of thinking, and learning how to establish a good way of thinking, values, and teamwork is much more important than who is right or wrong in the debate。
The debate team of the Affiliated High School of Tsinghua University is composed of the outstanding debaters selected from the first junior high school "Luming" debate competition in 2016-2017。Under the guidance of the two teachers, Zhou Cun and Wei Yuanyuan, the six students actively prepared for the competition, and paid a lot of hard work and efforts. At the same time, they also exercised their own abilities, gained friendship and growth in the process。
