From April 19 to 21, 2019, the 7th session of the "China Talent Training Program" Student selection and Shanxi Wuxiang Summer Camp was successfully held in Wuxiang Middle School, Wuxiang County, Shanxi Province。The project is jointly initiated by the Working Committee for Caring for the Next Generation of the Ministry of Education, the High School affiliated to Tsinghua University, and the China Talent Development Fund of the China Next Generation Education Foundation，The summer camp activities have been strongly supported by leaders and teachers such as Shanxi Provincial Customs Work Commission, Wuxiang County Government, Wuxiang County Education Science and Technology Bureau, and Wuxiang Middle School，Ensure the smooth implementation of activities。

On the afternoon of April 19, the students successively came to Wuxiang County Middle School to report, submit personal registration materials and receive relevant items。In the face of unfamiliar environment and teachers, the students are a little introverted and shy, but also very excited about the next activities。

During the summer camp, the students participated in the "Happy Meeting" activity, and successively conducted psychological tests, comprehensive ability tests, logical thinking tests, interviews, etc。Through a series of tests, students understand their shortcomings in various aspects of knowledge and ability。In the interview process, the students also said that they have realized their shortcomings in some aspects through the test, and will work harder and make progress in the future。

On the afternoon of the 21st, the students planned and organized the talent show and party activities by themselves, and the whole activity was rehearsed by the students, wrote the host speech and presided over。The activity was well received by both teachers and students。

After the event, the students expressed their thoughts on the activities of the summer camp。Through the activities and tests, the students realized their shortcomings in knowledge and practical activities。At the same time, everyone expressed their yearning for being selected into the "China Talent Training Program" project, as well as their feelings for teachers and students。

Shanxi Wuxiang summer camp activities have achieved a complete success。The project team will use multi-dimensional selection criteria to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the students, from which 10 students will be selected to participate in the training program of Tsinghua High School for five consecutive years。
