On January 8, 2019, the closing ceremony of Beijing Collaborative Innovation School Program - Quality Teacher Growth and School Development Training was held at Tsinghua High School。The "Quality Teacher Growth and School Development" training project of Beijing Institute of Education Collaborative Innovation School Program lasted for three years,The project leader, Professor Wang Jianming from Beijing Institute of Education, proposed The Unity of Mathematics History and Teaching based on the overall grasp of mathematics curriculum,UMHT)。The basic idea of UMHT is: (1) Mathematics teaching should pay attention to the occurrence and development of knowledge concepts, and the "source" and "flow" of mathematics development.。(2) UMHT is an effective way to train students to find and ask questions。(3) Mathematical creation and mathematical research are important learning methods for students。The program has carried out rich activities in the Affiliated High School of Tsinghua University (2016-2018), Beijing No. 22 Middle School (2016-2018) and Beijing No. 101 Middle School (2016) as its bases。And actively play the role of radiation,Radiation schools include Beijing No. 4 Middle School, Beijing Jingshan School, Beijing Huiwen Middle School, Beijing No. 2 Middle School, Beijing Institute of Technology Affiliated High School, Beijing No. 19 Middle School, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Affiliated Experimental School, Capital Normal University Affiliated Yuxin School, etc,The project has enhanced the discipline research power and cohesive innovation power of the mathematics teaching and research groups of each school,It has promoted the construction of teachers and the growth of high-quality teachers in all schools。

The Beijing Quality Teacher Growth and School Development Training Program is supported by Beijing Institute of Education, chaired and guided by Professor Wang Jianming for three years, introduced by the Human Resources Center of Tsinghua High School, coordinated and coordinated by the Human Resources Center and the Teaching Management and Research Center。The project has promoted the growth of key mathematics teachers in several schools and strengthened the construction of mathematics subject。
